Each capsule is 150mg. 30 capsule jar contains 4.5g of phytoplankton.
Pouch contains 15 grams of phytoplankton powder.
Dosage:
0-15lbs= ¼ capsule or 1/6th teaspoon of powder 15-40 lbs= ½ capsule per day or 16th teaspoon of powder 40lbs + = 1 capsule a day
Phytoplankton can be used instead of Omega 3 fish oil or in addtion to it. Senior dogs may need both.
