For our wonderful Canadian clients, orders ship next business day from Saint John, NB. Due to the Canada Post strike we are using couriers. Most likely UPS. Please expect delays regardless as all couriers are overwhelmed by this strike. We cannot guarantee specific ship dates at this time. Depending where you live in Canada it could be 2-10 business days. If you require a different courier or need faster service please let us know and we will get you a quote. Return/Exchange: We are always happy to work with you to get what your pet needs. Should you wish to return a product for a refund or exchange, the shipping fee is your responsibility to get it back to us. Refunds are for product only and do not include shipping fees from original orders or replacement orders. Lost, stolen or undelivered orders must be reported to us within one week of delivery notification so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
